Beauty Product Reviews

I was given the opportunity to try out a few products and review them on Enjoying the Epiphany so that all of you can be graced with my opinion.  Yay you! ;-)

The Belson Profiles Spa Wide Mask Facial Steamer is available from www.beautystoponline.com.  The steamer works for cleaning your pores but can also be used to clear nasal passages, alleviate sinus troubles, and for aromatherapy treatments.  I tried the steamer when I got back home; the change in weather really took its toll on my complexion and I am very pleased with the results.  I used the measuring cup that is provided, filled the reservoir with cool water, and within about a minute I had steam.  The wide opening was really convenient and my entire face fit nicely over the steamer.  I steamed my face for about three to five minutes and then used my exfoliating scrub to wash away the dirt that was steamed out of my pores.  I loved the results in the morning!  My skin felt smoother and my pores appeared to be shrunken.  The Belson Profiles Spa Wide Mask Facial Steamer retails for $49.99 but is available on beautystoponline.com for $29.99.  My next idea is to try it with some lavender essential oil right before bed to assist with my insomnia!

I LOVE Benefit's products so when I had the opportunity to try Dr. Feelgood, I jumped at it!  Dr. Feelgood (all of Benefit's products have catchy little names) is Benefit's refiner and complexion balm.  It contains vitamins C and E to brighten your skin, reduce the appearance of fine lines and pores, and mattify shine.  I apply Dr. Feelgood daily under my makeup and have noticed a HUGE difference in the appearance of fine lines and pores;  I also have a problem with shine (I have combination skin) so this product is perfect for me!  Dr. Feelgood can be purchased at Sephora for $30 (sometimes Benefit/Sephora runs free item with purchase promotions).
Victoria's Secret is widely known for their bras, panties, and lingerie but how many of you have tried their makeup line?  I was given a couple of their eyeshadow palettes to try and was really pleased.  The shadows come in beautiful shades and are matched well to the other shades in each palette;  they also stay put all day long.  The price is awesome (they are $9 each or 2/$15) and you can purchase them online or in stores.  The only downfall to these shadows is that they all have some shimmer to them so if you are not into shimmer, they might not be for you.
I enjoyed writing these reviews and I hope that you find them useful.  I am such a beauty product aficionado so there will be more where this came from!  Have a lovely Thursday!!

*These products were provided to me in exchange for my honest opinion.  This review reflects exactly that.
