What I Learned This Week


I learned that Trystan has seen a 40% improvement since we got to the hospital!

I learned that love, in any form, is worth fighting for.

I learned that I am a lot stronger than I give myself credit for.

I learned that my hospital room looks out over where Grimm is filmed!!

I learned that it's ok to let your seven year old decorate your laptop with stickers; normally, my CDO (OCD) would never allow this but I relaxed and realized that I can always peel them off!

I learned that life is so much easier and more beautiful when you love who you are rather than try to change yourself into somebody who you perceive as lovable.


I learned that once you accept yourself and love yourself as you are, any changes that you thought needed to be made don't seem quite as important.

I learned that my perception is the key to my happiness.  If I believe that I am lovely, I am.

    I would deffo let my kids decorate lappy with stickers (well I do that myself, too)
