Soul Food Monday

It's Martin Luther King Jr. Day and I feel that this is the perfect day for some soul food.  Martin Luther King Jr. was an inspiring activist and found his greatest successes through his belief in non-violent resistance.  MLK Jr. was a well-educated man with a PhD from Boston University and took many of Ghandi's teachings into his own philosophies.

The importance of Martin Luther King Jr's teachings and beliefs have never been more important as they are today.  We should feed our souls with words and actions of non-violence and tolerance, peace and harmony.

Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day friends.
