Soul Food Monday!

It's Soulfood Monday and today I will be focusing upon solitude and enabling ourselves to take "alone time" without feeling guilty for it. 






Sometimes we take the need for solitude for granted.  We find our true happiness when we spend time alone; we are able to regroup, gain focus, and enjoy the simple pleasures in life.  We need to understand that through solitude we are able to find inner peace and without inner peace, we cannot possibly offer peace to others.  Serving yourself will enable you to serve others.
