Our First Rainy Day

I am enjoying our first really rainy day of the season. I brought the boys with me to the office today; they didn't want to stay at home and I knew that the bayfront wasn't going to be that busy so I thought, "Why not?"

I have been busy reading Oscar Wilde (one of my alltime faves), organizing some emails, making hair bows, eating M&Ms in groups of color coordinated pairs (cuz eating them any other way is just plain weird), and playing with some pictures.

I absolutely love Oregon rainy days. You have to dress warm, turn on the heater, and find indoor activities to keep you busy. Oh darn it.

I can totally empathize with this! ;-)

Isn't Aidan adorable?

This is why I love him.

I'm super frugal and sometimes think that I should learn to splurge a little bit more.

The Dynamic Duo!

Not so sure what I think about this one...

I absolutely love Oregon rainy days. You have to dress warm, turn on the heater, and find indoor activities to keep you busy. Oh darn it! All I need now is a blanket and a cup of Earl Grey!

  1. Oh - my - I need an indoor day to recoup. Nothing like sleeping extra on a rainy day! I like the way you eat M&Ms.

  2. Rainy days are great; I just don't like too many of them in a row. This one seemed like a good one for you and yours!
